Delivery Fees:

Delivery costs and timeframes vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order from our Melbourne-based warehouse.

Your delivery fee will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout before payment, and included in your total order price.


Changes to Delivery

If you need to change your delivery address or timing after placing your order, additional charges may apply.


Delivery Access

Standard delivery is to the front door of a ground-floor address.

If you require delivery beyond this point (e.g. upstairs or inside placement), please contact us before placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, this service depends on carrier availability and may incur an additional fee.


Shipping Estimates

You can estimate shipping costs at any time by:

  • Adding items to your cart
  • Entering your postcode

Final delivery costs will always be confirmed at checkout before payment.


How Shipping Is Calculated

Our shipping rates are based on several factors, including:

  • The size and weight of your items
  • The number of items in your order
  • Your delivery location

Free Shipping Promotions

The following conditions apply to all free shipping promotions unless stated otherwise.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping, flat rate, or capped delivery promotions on selected products, locations, or during specific promotional periods.

These promotions apply to standard delivery services only.


Dispatch Time

Estimated dispatch timeframes are shown on each product listing.

For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days from our warehouse. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed from the next business day (usually Monday).

Custom-made or pre-order items may have longer dispatch timeframes, which will be noted on the product page.

While we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control or where additional payment verification is required.

We’ll keep you informed with updates on your order, including confirmation of dispatch and any anticipated delays.


Delivery Methods & Locations

We work with a range of trusted delivery partners and courier services to ship orders across Australia.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to make any changes, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.


Delivery Access

Standard delivery is to the ground floor of your address.

For larger or high-value items, we may be able to arrange specialised delivery services (such as placement inside your home), subject to availability and an additional fee.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, as most of our items are large and require a signature upon delivery.


Missed Deliveries

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot or Australia Post outlet.


Delivery Limitations

In some cases, we may be unable to deliver to certain locations due to accessibility issues or a high risk of loss or damage.

If this occurs, you may choose to arrange your own courier. In this case, responsibility for delivery and insurance will rest with you.


Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery option offers a fast and cost-effective way to receive your order. We partner with national carriers such as Australia Post, Allied Express, and Couriers Please.

Deliveries are made to the ground floor front door of your address. For multi-storey buildings, drivers are unable to deliver beyond this point.


Delivery Timing

Standard deliveries are typically made on weekdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm. During busy periods, deliveries may occur earlier in the morning or later in the evening.

At this time, we’re unable to offer specific delivery dates or time slots.


Delivery of Large, Heavy or Fragile items

For fragile, heavy, or bulky items, we use specialist furniture carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

You’ll be contacted prior to delivery to confirm a suitable date. If needed, you can work directly with the carrier to reschedule.


In-Home Delivery

Where available, our specialist carriers can:

  • Deliver your items inside your home
  • Carry items up to two flights of stairs
  • Place items in your room of choice

This service may require signing a standard indemnity form in line with the carrier’s policies. If you prefer not to sign, delivery will be made to your front door.

Deliveries above two flights of stairs may still be possible if there is a suitable lift with adequate space and capacity.


Preparing for Delivery

To help ensure a smooth and safe delivery, please make sure:

  • Access pathways are clear
  • There is sufficient space for the item to be brought inside

Delivery Timing

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, although times may vary. Your carrier will provide more specific timing closer to delivery.


Our Products

We take great care to ensure that all products on our website are described as accurately as possible. However, from time to time, errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made from natural materials such as solid timber. As a result, you may notice subtle variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish compared to product images. These are natural characteristics that make each piece unique, and are not considered faults.

While we do our best to display colours accurately, please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. Variations in colour between screens are not considered defects.

If a return is requested based on these differences, it will be treated as a change of mind, and return shipping costs will apply.


Important Note

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or other content on our website will always be completely accurate, up to date, or free from errors.


Delivery Failure

Please ensure all your details — especially your delivery address and contact number — are correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery or the item being returned, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be charged.

A valid phone number is required so our delivery partner can coordinate your delivery.

If we’re unable to complete delivery due to incorrect details or lack of response after two delivery attempts or 21 days (whichever comes first), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

In this case, a refund will be issued less any delivery and handling fees incurred.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


Multiple shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.


Title & Risk

Once we deliver your products, title and risk will be transferred to you. This will happen on the delivery date and time at your delivery address.
